The house has been restored, while preserving the original 18th Century façade. The inside is divided into two independent homes: the original house where the owners live, and the guest house which occupies part of the ground floor and all of the upper floors.

On the ground floor there are two separate entrances: one from the street and the other from the garden.

The first or main floor, which is 280 m2, consists of the living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (three twin bedrooms and a master bedroom). The house also has two terraces. One of them is 80 m2, partly-covered, with terrace furniture, overlooking the garden.

On the second floor, as an annex to the main floor, is the loft, which is 195 m2 and consists of two twin bedrooms, two small bathrooms, and two large multipurpose rooms.

The house is equipped with sheets and towels, a washing machine, a dishwasher, satellite TV, Wi-fi and central heating.
